| 5. | We unexpectedly found ourselves in the spring of 2004, having to find new accommodation with very little opportunity to research the market and at a time when real estate on the north shore was a hot commodity. As we were flipping through the newspaper, we happened upon an advertisement for a condominium that was listed by Irene, and so we contacted her hoping to see the property and learn more about it. In our initial meeting, we were very impressed with Irene's professionalism, and her warm, engaging attitude, and realized that we would be interested in retaining her in our search for a new home. We were never disappointed with this choice, and she was with us every step of the way, as we dealt with an absentee seller, and several wrinkles that arose along the way. She was very helpful and honest and direct in dealing with us, and she made the whole process of buying our new condominium a very positive experience. For that we were very appreciative and we would be honoured to recommend her to others who are searching for a professional, helpful, caring and knowledgeable real estate agent on the north shore.
